The shelves are not re-stocked regularly, and the staff talk to eachother in their own language when serving customers, which is extremely disrespectful to customers. I think your staff need alot of customer service training. I no longer use the Co-Op in Parsons Green for these reasons, Waitrose is cheaper and a better... read full comment

Bought something in there customer service was not happy that I was counting my pennies to pay and was told oh you don't have enough money!...I will never go in there again not happy very rude indeed.
