I live nearby and this is the most dynsfunctional store (Tesco or any other company) that I have ever been in.The machines have not worked in a month and you will regularly queue for 20 minutes. Dreadful customer service experience today whilst collecting my EVRI parcel. The staff member Faiyez shouted at me aggressively and pointed his fingers in my face. He had lied and told me my EVRI delivery had not been delivered and that I should come back tomorrow. Turns out it was actually In the back waiting to be collected.... read full comment
