Help and friendly counter staff. Advised me I have a free 10 point health check available as a motoring club member. Friendly helpful technician called Umesh who carried out the check also replaced a new battery which was was not holding charge. Great experience overall.

Having failed to source the correct Thule roof bar combo myself I set out for Halfords at Friern Barnet. I was greeted by a lady called Taylor who reckoned she could help - and she was correct.
