There is a lady in the TV sales department who is very rude and she didn't answer at all and I asked for help and she didn't help me at all. I went to another branch to buy a coffee machine , TV and speakers.I think she was manager

Went to Carphone Warehouse today to switch network providers and get an upgrade. The lady working there was amazing, very patient and friendly. She knew what she was doing and explained everything very well. Overall I was really happy and very satisfied!
