very bad experience and I will advise against it to all the people I know, several times I have seen the staff playing after some players have lost the notes of pounds on the sloot machines, the forgiving to see in and out of the sloots from the service monitor behind the crates and really disgusting this you are scammers!

Very clean shop,lovely lady who offered me a warm drink and polite conversation obviously a well kept shop,toilets clean and fresh,unlike Finchley central where the toilets smell and are unhygienic,why why why,certain staff rude and unhelpful.

friday i maked a football bet,in the evening i realize that i was missing only 1 goal to win so i went in the shop at half past 9 and the manager refused to let me go in.......the clousure time is 10 o clock and inside was already 2 customers....watching dogs race.....at the end of the day i lost around 200 pounds or maybe...
