I'm very pleased with the service at Friern Barnet branch. A customer assistance called Ash was very knowledgeable and helpful he allowed me to buy exactly what I needed in a very speedy and efficient way he was very patient and courteous. He deserves a cold beverage.

Website says cutting is available whenever the store is open.I rang and spoke to the wood cutter on a Friday at midday. Said I’d be in later the same or following day.
