Tried to deliver my parcel twice at 7am. Failed (of course). Then when I want to collect it myself at the point, they were not open. Why is it so hard to deliver a parcel?

I have arranged re-delivery of my item twice & they have not shown up on either day. Tracking details show they will be delivering it last Saturday. Rubbish service these days, expensive & unreliable. Online tracking & help is even worse.
