Insanely understaffed - they seem to go on breaks through the busiest parts of the day. Ridiculous wait times.

EDIT. One year on and it would be remiss not to raise this from 1* to 3*. Service has improved a lot and staff have been very polite and friendly last few visits. Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would. When it’s busy there’s never more than one person working, whereas at quiet times there’s two. Make it make sense.
