Unfortunately I'd got a digit wrong in the delivery address for a Christmas arrangement. The delivery driver was so helpful and patient. He called me, said I could contact him with the correct address and then redelivered it later the same day. This must be a busy time but I felt like I was their only customer! A wonderful florist to visit for funeral flowers. Our funeral flowers for my mother were so beautiful and fresh. Laurels took great care to make the funeral flowers exactly as we requested.
