Really patronising service. The guy at the desk needs to learn customer service skills. Annoying, as I need to use their service quite often.

Hi guys please can you fix the issue with Evri Parcelon their website is clearly stated that you accept Evri - but then in the reality this does not happen I have been refused many time Evri parcel at your shop ? can You help ?? Thank you
