You know what you are getting in terms of food and drink at a Costa, but what you can't be sure of is the service and the staff. Fortunately both were exemplary when I visited this branch. Very friendly, polite and attentive staff, working hard to deal with a big queue.

Today 14/08 at 18:00, the man working behind the counter was amazing after I had a small accident outside and he let me use the toilet to change shirts. After changing he was helpful again when explaining the ice blended drinks menu, will definitely come back. Thank you. 10/10

Interesting experience.
Nice staff, plenty of seats, clean. Music hammering away in the background which may not be to everyone’s taste.
Coffee……ok. Far from the worst I’ve had but not particularly special.
