Completely incompetent management. I tried to return a faulty item with a photo of the receipt. This is acceptable for HMRC but not for wickes ??♂️ they told me they return policy was, unless you had the paper receipt you could not return anything. I asked to see this policy. Good builders merchants probably more suitable for non trades but able to cater for most.Friendly staff, tidy store with ample parking.
