Absolutely awful customer service as the staff member, Donna, was on her mobile phone during our entire interaction. As someone that works in a retail store, I was actually shocked at this workers behaviour and her total lack of interest in the customers that pay her wages... I definitely won't be using this branch again!!

Products on floor that presented a slip or trip hazard. A particular concern as this was not long after opening. 3 members of staff, but not a single one had any interest in serving on till or acknowledging any customers at all. Shops lovely and clean now and alot more open and more welcoming there's actually space to move around with a pushchair it's a nice store to now shop in lovely and clean too they clearly take so much pride in there shop now. Well done team. There staff are really welcoming and friendly.
