I am a regular - Feltham store. Everytime I order, I get the wrong items delivered to my home, I call them they keep me on hold or they just don't answer. The employee called Nikki Allen just tried to charge me £2.35 for an empty paper cup. Apparently that's the \\\"policy\\\"\\nThe empty paper cup itself its only £0.05 according to the receipt.
