Fantastic customer service. I didn't get his name, but the young white gentleman that helped me today was fantastic. The nose buds from my glasses had come out. He promptly took my glasses around the back and replaced the buds for free. Very polite and courteous. He's a credit to your organisation

The staff are lovely but I just got a call from Specsavers Feltham cancelling my daughter's appointment as apparently from this Sunday they will test children's eyes from Monday to Friday only. As a working parent, I find this ridiculous and inexcusably poor customer service. Since there is no other way I can express my...
