Useless. A complete waste of time. Staff can't be bothered to help with anything that involves sending/receiving parcels.I collected a parcel today that had some contents missing. It's a petrol station...what can you really say about it? diesel & petrol prices are still too high as we all know, but that's the same everywhere...though in this instance, I only went in to use the car wash as I couldn't be arsed to do it by hand.
