Kindly watch the behaviour of the staffs towards the costumers. Its not that everyone is bad , some where really helpful in guiding. But there is one guy who tried to embarrass as in front of all the other customers by talking too loudly or not letting us talk to him or explain . Printing machine for parcels is not working and this is not reflected online on the system. Unfortunately just a scam shop trying to lure in customers with a non existent parcel service. Would not recommend going here to send your parcel.
