Their opening hours are 9 but THEY ALWAYS 10+ minutes so unprofessionalJust change your hours if you can’t dedicate yourself to what is required or better yet higher people who value customers and the aims & values. My item was dispatched 2 weeks ago and it's still sat at this office or the depot. Tied ringing just now and nobody answered the phone. That is my experience.
