Room was insanely hot and the air conditioning unit didn’t work, bed was uncomfy. Shower head was faulty and spurted out onto the floor instead of the bath, and on top of that was freezing cold. Wouldn't allow me to stay. No longer cash or walk ins like it says on site. Waste of my time. Set in Retail Park backs on to one of busiest motorways. Something to consider. Very isolated area,dark. Very convenient located,quite well connected for transport. If not driver than mini cab best option

The service we excellent, a very warm welcome from the staff. I'd say it's far from being in a nice area. Deffo wouldn't have been comfortable walking all the way to the train station and it'll cost 6-9 in an uber. I'd spend a little bit more next time and stay in London itself, when we were at ponders end station waiting... read full comment
