Awful service! Pouring rain rushed to catch before closing arrived 5.20pm. Told they are cashing up the till and not possible to buy balloon for a birthday. Went across to Card Factory to ask is it too late to purchase balloons they said no at all. So will not be purchasing anything again in The Works very disappointing!

The Works in Enfield is fantastic. A buzzy atmosphere, highly motivated, helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff and extremely competitive prices versus its major online competitors & a dreadful competitor opposite the store!
