I went to tesco with my two grandchildren today and I was left feeling very disappointed about the lack of baby changing facilities. Apparently, according to customer service all the customers toilets were flooded, had to wait to see customer service to get a key to the toilets to be told this. If it were true,then tesco might have had the foresight to put a sign out to tell the customers all the toilets were flooded. I smell a rat!
