Purchased sofa in store with staff help, was told arms were detachable only to receive the sofa this morning unable to fit due to mis sale and arms in fact NOT detachable, item not as described by staff. Currently hoping for a resolution. Disappointed.

Staff helpful in store. But sofology sofa quality is extremely poor. My parents bought a sofa bed and 2 seater sofa to accompany it. Sofa’s cushion part of the sofa bed has pretty much disintegrated and has started to part from the arm rest.Customer support are rubbish even though parents paid for warranty on springs...
