Ordered online - whole consignment was damaged. No apology, no compensation - instead insisted I fill out forms and go through nightmares.Would never recommend, very upset sit customer service and attitude therein.Won't be shopping here / online again - good luck ripping people off!

The shop isn't welcoming at all!They keep all their rubish, empty cages, boxes, etc. right outside the shop on the pubiic pavement in the centre of Enfield Town!It is going on for few months now.
