Very rude racist staff. Complete disrespect and disregard for customers. Gentleman that works there has no customer service skills, should not be working at such a position. The elderly lady who works there clearly needs to retire or think of another position she can do that does not involve dealing with customers.

Bad service, staff customer service and engagement can be poor. On two occasions this week I have found the staff to be rude and patronising. Will Sainsbury's contact me, based on past reviews they put their head in the sand.
