Unbelievably rude customer service from the shift leader ‘Hiral’. I had been stood at the till for a few minutes (which wasn’t a problem at all) and simply asked her if there was someone serving at the till; in which I received an eye roll and a “I just checked and you weren’t there so?” Just so unnecessary...

Totally agree, the worst place for any dropping parcels or picking up It took me 4 trips to drop a parcel.Not good at all.Staff not very helpful, they make you feel like you’re being for any service they provide.
