This store feels like it was closing down as it had nothing had more empty shelves then anything very unusual for a M&S

First time I've been in this store what a contrast to the Brent Cross one which is warm and pleasant to browse in - this one I walked through the clothes area which was like a jumble sale into the food hall which was absolutely freezing! It was warmer outside and its January! I couldn't find what i was looking for but... read full comment
