Maria, in the bakery department, was very helpful to me today. The olive bread I wanted had sold out. Maria assured me that she could bake another olive loaf for my collection 30 minutes later. It was available when I returned.

Went to buy a few things on Sunday and the customer was getting served by 2 members of staff. When one of the staff was finished she name Belinda (may not be her real name) just looked at me and my daughter and just walked off without saying a word as we were hoping she would serve us but didn’t.
