Wanted to purchase a pair of trainers. Was waiting for two staff members next to me to help but absolutely no interest. Clearly saw me waiting, but their conversation was more important. Will purchase elsewhere. Poor customer service

Customer rude , under 1 star I can't put it unfortunately, the lady all rude angry, if you don't like the jobs change ! I ask very polite to keep the box cause I don't need , they said to through away outside, the lady , blond lady on till very rude!So if there is a good manager pls training properly in customer service!... read full comment

Friendly staff, I was served quickly and had to wait 5 mins for the trainers, but the store was busy, so I was expecting to wait longer!
