Like many other reviews of this store I am bitterly disappointed that despite spending 4 hours in the store I am still no wiser how much I am going to be charged and by whom or if my plan includes my bt broadband and landline (as I am not tech savy) and I have spent allweek trying to get to the bottom of this issue.... read full comment

I don't like to leave a bad review but you need to avoid this place . The staff is friendly, but they are not knowledgeable. Been told different things while I was doing a contract, even if I asked 3 different people in the shop to double confirm my roaming abroad, and how long you are allowed to roam, they said completely... read full comment

Moved my mobile service to another provider as was not happy with there service and could not compete with the price.
