Some good products but this stores seems a bit lost and soulless. The cafe was also shut, with customers still in it (apparently “no milk”!?!). The cafe customer I spoke to blamed the management. Oh and…No welcome on arrival. Just a stare, like a bouncer would give.

Sitting in a cafe, googled the lamps I liked, saw Dunelm was only around the corner drove over and purchased two without any issues. 15 minutes later we were home again. Pleasant staff, easy purchase, will definitely be my first port of call if I need anything for my home.
