Lady that works there most of times is unbelievably rude.I only came to return parcel, my label got torn as the returns machine was mispositioned which I did not know. The man I just spoke to decided to give me a lecture raising his voice speaking to me in a rude manner not even let me speak. They speak to you however they want and when I got my parcel it was open whoever is managing this shop should be able to speak to customers in a normal time without shutting them up every second... read full comment

Very poor costumer service. The worker named ‘Siva’ was sooo rude to me in front of other costumers at the store for something that was indeed their fault.I had my Evri parcel delivered there as I thought Costcutter was a trusted company, only to receive an email to tell my that my parcel that already been collected.... read full comment
