Why there’s only 2 members of staff working in the mornings.. every time we come in is at least half an hour wait.. these peope are not robots they only got two hands .. shame on Costa managers

Excellent service from the staff. There was an incident during my visit and I was extremely impressed with how they handled it.

What an absolute mess. Nowhere to sit. Staff not organised and extremely slow. I can’t believe they can’t see the mess on the tables! Needs urgent attention.
