Ubereats, they always send wrong items or item is missing , despite it showing availability online , even when I requested refund instead of replacement, now I’m stuck with an item I don’t eat and they kept my money, never buying from them again

I'm a regular customer often stopping with my sons on our way home after work and school. Last week my youngest had abit of an off day so he wasn't in the best of moods.
