I speak on behalf of all from ponders end,get some extra staff.how can you expect 1 girl to serve,lotto, returns,parcels ,cigs,drink and you can see they are getting stressed.maybe management should be bit more pro active and help out .sometimes it takes 30 minutes just to buy a lottery ticket..joke.
