Yet again another lie. Sent email of delivery confirmation, but never even attempted delivery. The seller I purchased from confirmed this. Royal mail is a complete joke, lying and costing people money for their laziness. Made a complaint months ago and never heard anything back! What does that tell you! I’ve collected parcels here on multiple occasions and have always found them to be very helpful even when there’s a problem. Well done and keep it up!

Not the first time cannot received the parcel. Always say no one home cannot attempted! BUT we are at home!!! This time no “Red” card left to us, cannot arrange redelivery on website, no one can contact. Awful!
