Opening times online are wrong, arrived at 4:02pm, still people inside browsing but door was locked and was waved away by cashier. No sign up outside with what the opening times are, no sign saying whether they are open or closed. The basics matter.

I use this branch of RM regularly and can say they are always polite and ready to help! I one day had to send an A4 format letter abroad urgently and they helped me with the information how to pack and how much it would cost depending on tracking options and delivery confirmation etc.
