Last experience, using blue card, was a pain. Was with my partner, showed the blue card and the person who was working at the till told that she couldn't pay with that debit card (was mine with my name on it, forgot to check). Been going in the Eltham store since it opened. Staff are all nice, friendly and helpful. The manager Chrissy is so nice, always helpful, friendly and will never make you feel unwelcome. Good for a chat when wanted, not just about clothes. Always sad when the store is threatened with closure as the store and its staff are... read full comment
