The team is always extremely friendly & really patient & helpful. Robin has helped me sooo many times that if she retires, I will complain in front of the bank!!!! The branch really has a great team ?

Mainly use Eltham branch, sometimes bexleyheath. Queues can sometimes be long . Used to have an account in fleet street in mid 80's must be doing something right staff friendly enough. That's why they get my custom.

Waited over 30mins to make a CHAPS payment. Had to give up and walked out. Probably the worst branch I’ve been to.
