Appalling service. I want to speak with a 'real' person from my branch, but I do not even have the option of 'holding the line'.I have held an account with the Halifax for 11 years. Customer services are clearly NOT one of your strong points!

Unfriendly , unhelpful, refused and didn’t let me withdraw money because I didn’t have my driving licence with me. Went to another brunch and they said as long the card has chip and pin and signature matches there is no need for ID.
