I’ve been into this store a few times over the last couple of years and they’ve always been super friendly and helpful. Last week they helped my 83 year old Dad upgrade his phone and move to a new sim. Not much money for them in what they did but it didn’t matter - so lovely and great customer service.

We did not receive any help from the staff about our issue. They transfered us to customer service and customer service transfered us to the shop. Few weeks later still the issue is not resolved and we are going in circles. Staff should be more caring.
