“My two Shell stations, this one and the one up the road with a Little Waitrose. I love this one because like the other Shell, the price is a good stable price (£149 for ages when BP and others are from £151 upwards). The staff are fab; when I stop off on the way home, its usually late, I've been stuck in the notorious A20 box junction traffic melee, can't wait to get home, and, the warmth and friendliness of the staff just notch up the beginning of my unwinding mood. My drive from there is always pleasant. I also buy my lottery tickets from there and I often feel like the staff mean it, when I'm wished good luck. Real nice easy drive off the forecourt onto the road. Thanks guys...I really appreciate it.”

“At present they have a traffic light system so if to many people are already inside you'll have to wait although your not outside for to long. Quite a speedy service and the lady that served me was very polite and had a lovely smile.”

“Used this branch after opening an account recently. However unlike my previous bank HSBC this was a breath of fresh air. Basically, really nice branch, very smooth interaction with staff and I was able to do what i needed to in branch. After getting fed up with all the branches HSBC have closed recently and the poor service in open ones most of the time i had to switch. It's amazing this is a bank that does banking and does not close tills whenever they feel like and tell you to use a Post Office for your banking. Very happy I moved and now to move my business account in the near future. Plus its so much closer to my home as well. A*”

“This is the best branch anywhere within 5 miles of where I live that I know of. The staff are so very helpful. Today I popped in to request something and while in the queue I saw people from all walks of life but each was treated equally and with kindness and empathy and the cashiers were so nice to all of the people ahead of me. When it came to my turn, the cashier gave me advice and an appointment that I really needed and was so helpful that I am glad to be banking here. This is a truly customer focused bank and each visit the staff are never rude, offish or unavailable to help. This is a very good branch. Great staff. Thank you.”

“Only come here to use the car wash and despite the old wives tales of they’ll scratch your car it’s perfect. The premium wash does a great job and leaves the car spotless and shiny in just over 5 minutes. Can get a little busy but it’s open till 8 so best going just before it closes. Fuel is the most expensive in the area but the other services are always good, friendly staff always happy to help with a smile”
