Every time I come here the customer service seems to get worse! I’ve been rammed into by a member of staff with a trolley full of stock, I’ve been asked for ID without even buying anyrhing age-restricted, and the product selection is insanely limited. I give up now - I’d rather walk an extra 5 minutes to go to Morrisons.

Just been to the branch for painkillers. Left my bicycle at the door as always to grab it. While I was in the queue to pay for the one single item that took me less than a minute to find.
