I got there at 3.00 on the dot and was told it was shut in the rudest way. I wanted to ask a question and was just ignored!

One of the rudest staff members works here. Was shocking how mean spirited she was. I get staff can have bad days but there's a level of rudeness and disrespect to customers that's just too much. Always understaffed here and as people have already said, 50/50 chance on whether it's open.
From 18th July our hours will be changing permanently. This branch will be open Monday to Friday 9.30 to 15.00, Saturday 9.30 to 12.30. Santander is a large retail and commercial bank.
