I went to pick up a package that the delivery did not try to deliver the next day and I see that they are only working during hours that all of us who work cannot go, to pick up my package I must ask for a day off or give it up for lost.

Bizarre! In nearly 30 years I have never come across a more rude and arrogant post person than the one we currently have.
