Friendly staff, collected my package just fine, don't know what all the complaints are about.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude unhelpful staff. Went to collect a package was told it’s not there and marked as missing although I received an email to say it had been delivered. No help on next steps. Customer service is next to none. I will NEVER EVER go to this post office again unless all the staff are changed... read full comment

Except for the older staff who is very nice, the other two younger staffs, a man and a woman, are very rude and condescending, which is very disgusting. One of my packages was returned twice and said it failed because it needed to pass without any glitches during her test. The same package size and weight can be accepted... read full comment
