Been waiting over an hour for my food whereas usually its here within 20 mins, phone number not working, staff must be sitting doing nothing, crazy how they accept your orders but will sit there not preparing it or picking up the phone which rings

I have been to the place and is disgusting. Slow staffs. I stead of doing their job they speak theirs own language and chilling around.
