Lovely shop but just doesn’t meet its potential. Prices are so high therefore the rails are packed making it impossible to browse efficiently. The results are that takings re down and shop continues to get full of stock. At least 30% less on prices and 25% less on each rail and you’ll see a real uplift in takings.

Shelter...please provide SOP manual or training for your volunteers so they know how to void/amend transactions when they made a mistake instead of having to call the manager who's not onsite. I had a shocking experience in this charity shop. I was browsing and picked up a jumper to have a closer look, then placed it back on the rail.
