£25 for a pair of boots that worn 4 times and one of the backs has given way all ready. No support at heel now. Complained and sent pictures but they really didn't care

Couldn’t get what I wanted in Inverness, ordered sketchers from Amazon unfortunately they sent me the wrong size. The girl in shoe zone couldn’t have been more helpful, making my return and replacement so easy. She was very polite and extremely helpful.
