The member of staff I spoke to today was unhelpful and very rude. She spoke to me really loudly and treated me like I had done something wrong because my 17 year old doesn't have a provisional driving licence to prove ID. Not everyone wants to or can drive!!!

Why do they close at 3? When it used to close at 5?
