Claim that you requested to not have mail delivered on a Saturday, they notify you 1 hour before they close. You call to try and sort it and are on hold for 45 minutes. After which you get an automated voice telling you they’re closed. They dont open again until Tuesday so you can’t even pick it up. Worst courier in... read full comment

They never update their opening times with Google. I got there for 11am to see a sign on the door that they close by 10am from 10th July! So frustrating. People work full time! Then if I take too long to collect my returns then it gets sent to the disposal! I have already lost over £100 worth of product. Ridiculous!
